Top Ten Philosophies To Live By

I had a very busy week, but I didn't want to miss a Top Ten Tuesday. And so, presenting an unoriginal top ten list. These are some very important life philosophies that a person should always bear in mind:

10) Alcohol and calculus don't mix. Don't drink and derive.

9) Be nice to nerds, chances are you"ll end up working for one.

8) Remember- The IRS has got what it takes to take what you've got.

7) Start your day with a smile and get it over with.

6) Fat people are harder to kidnap.

5) Never trust a skinny cook.

4) If your brakes ain't good, make sure to have a loud horn.

3) Always smile. People will wonder what you are up to.

2) If at first you DO succeed, try not to look astonished.

1) A mind is a terrible thing to waste and a waist is a terrible thing to mind

#6 I'm told that bumper stickers and T-shirts in the US preach the opposite so why?

Three philosophies on weight, how come?

It might not be an original list, but it's great one!!
Regarding #10, isn't it kinda sad we can't do both at the same time? ;)

Hey - I like these Top Ten! Some are funny, some are original and I don't think I've seen them before (besides #1)!
#5 - So who can you trust to help you make your recipes more healthy? LOL - still waiting for a healthier salad dressing from you!

#4 - That's a good one! Y'know, there are some people who just need loud horns, even if their brakes are good! They just have to be able to honk loudly (not that I know any such people lol...)!

#3 - I love that one! I actually do that IRL - I smile at people I do not know "just because" and then they look at me with this strange look on their face as if they are saying Do I know you?! It's actually fun to smile at people and see who smiles back!

Brochi- Oops, it was wrong at first. I changed it. And drats, I was hoping nobody would notice how weight is on my mind at the moment. I am on a diet. ;-)

TOL- Thanks, and actually, a friend of mine can! I think she gets more derivative (er, the context is probably wrong for that but tough) as she drinks. ;-)

IAG- A drop of olive or canola oil (about .2 or .3 oz, if you need precision) a bit of lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, and a drop of splenda. Then I add water to stretch it. Oh, and for a nice flavor, you can add a drop or two of toasted sesame oil.

Lon- Yeah, I just realized that I know some people like that too.

MIM- Glad you like, it's been mine for a while. I have a sign stating it in my bedroom. I should give credit where credit is due. It was said by W. C. Fields.
